Physics Practical (Class 12)

The document uploaded consists of the complete & checked Physics practical file that is required at the time of submission in Final Board Practical of Class 12. The file is complete & consists of the full data that is required in different experiments along with the required graphs. The file consists of the following practicals :-
  1. To determine the resistance per unit length of a given wire by plotting a graph of Potential difference vs Current.
  2. To determine resistance of a given wire using metre bridge& hence determine the specific resistance of the material.
  3. To verify law of combination of resistance using metre bridge.
  4. To compare EMF of two given Primary cells using a Potentiometer.
  5. To determine the internal resistance of given primary cell using a Potentiometer.
  6. To find the value of v(Image Distance) for different values of u(Object Distance) of a concave mirror & to find the focal length by plotting graph between u &v or 1/u & 1/v.
  7. To find the focal length of a convex lens by plotting graph between u &v or 1/u & 1/v.
  8. To find the focal length of a Convex Mirror using Convex lens.
  9. To find the focal length of a Concave lens using Convex lens.
  10. To determine the angle of minimum deviation for a given glass prism by plotting a graph between the angle of incidence & the angle of deviation.
  11. To draw the I-V Characteristic curve of a p-n junction diode in forward bias & reverse bias & to determine its static & dynamic resistance.
  12. To draw the I-V Characteristic curve of the given Zener diode in reverse bias.
  13. To study the characteristic of a Common Emitter npn or pnp transistor & to find out values of current & voltage gains.
Here are some screenshots of the given file :-

It was very helpful.. specially for the students who cannot do practicals at school

Diameter of wire/resistance is less than 0.2 mm . This reading doesn't make sense. It might be fake.

How could the resistance of metre bridge be 1.5

Practical marks can improve your grades significantly. Thanks for sharing the material. Most science students sre interested in pursuing engineering or medical. And class 11 consists a big portion in jee syllabus. For all engineering and medical entrance examinations there is a coaching institute in Bhubneshwar Orrisa which is coming up in a big way .With faculty members for Patna , Kota, Hyderabad they have been having good results in both engineering and medical entrance examinations and they provide foundation courses as well.Visit http://www.acadejee.com.To see more about the institute check out the link https://youtu.be/-LMRr9rtSJI .
